Tall al-Basitah

OTHER NAMES: Tall Athar al-Bastah, Tall Athar el-Bassah, Tell al-Bassah

    Basically nothing is known of this site, although mudbrick remains and potsherds are visible on the surface. It consists of sand dunes and wild vegetation and lies close to a Beduin settlement. The site is used by the local Beduins to herd their animals.
